Sean is a well respected and long standing member of the Modern Finance Forum, regularly sharing his expertise and knowledge, having built his own modern finance functions. Sean offers a wealth of experience having worked in not-for profits, family owned business all the way up to blue chips like Nestle, M&S and heading FP&A for Tate & Lyle. Like many of the members in FSN’s Modern Finance Forum, Sean recognises the importance of people management – engaging, motivating, developing, recruiting, mentoring & coaching. Alongside skills in strategy, marketing, decision support, financial planning & analysis, systems development and implementation, treasury, stakeholder management.
