Definitions
Unless the context requires otherwise, the following expressions shall have the following meanings in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”):
- “Content” means all types of information including text, software, photographs, graphics, databases or any other copyright compilations comprised in or appearing on the Site. All Content (including all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights and any selection thereof) is owned by FSN Publishing Limited:
- “Messages” includes all information materials comments and statements posted by users for voting purposes or to discussion forums and focus groups on the Site;
- “Services” refers to any type of Service, including but not limited to information services, bulletins or communications facilities either directly or indirectly provided through the Site;
- “Site” means our website, “FSN.co.uk” and each and all of the Services from time to time available through that website;

- “Third Party Sites” refers to any third party website that either provides or on sells services from our Site, or who is referred or linked to from within our Site.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
You agree to use the FSN.co.uk site without modification of the following Terms of Use. By accessing the Site and/or downloading this page, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not want to be bound by the Terms of Use, you must exit from the Site immediately. Your continued use of the Site shall constitute your agreement to these Terms of Use FSN.co.uk reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Any amended version of the Terms of Use will take effect when posted on the Site by us. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any changes to the Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with the Terms of Use (or are not authorised to do so) you should not use FSN.co.uk. If you have any questions please contact us via the contact form . We recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
Access and Use
Any statements and opinions expressed on the Site are those of the author and do not reflect the opinions of FSN.co.uk.
You may not use any Content for any unlawful purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, broadcast, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, store, archive, publicly display or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content.
Without limitation, you may not do any of the following without prior written consent of FSN Publishing Limited (nor allow any third party to do the same):
- redistribute any Content, including any headlines or vote results (including by using it for the purpose of any syndication, content aggregation, news aggregation, library, archive or similar service); or
- remove the copyright or trade mark notice from any copies of the Content made under these Terms and Conditions; or
- create a database (whether in electronic or structured manual form) by systematically and/or regularly downloading/printing and storing all or any of the Content.
If you are using Content (whether for a company, partnership, public sector body, charity) and your use extends beyond personal, non-commercial use then you should contact FSN.co.uk’s Content Sales Team at help@FSNElite.com to discuss your business requirements, since it is possible that your use of Content extends beyond what is permitted by these Terms of Use. In particular, all requests to republish, redistribute or syndicate Content, whether headlines, poll results, full text articles (or parts thereof) or the right to use Content internally within your business (for example, as part of a regular information dissemination service or on a company Intranet) or any external use that you may make (for example, within client reports or briefings) should be addressed to us, as such use falls outside the scope of use permitted by these terms and conditions.

CONFERENCE AND EVENT BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1 The conference event that you have booked to attend via an application on our website, the (“Event”) is organised and managed by FSN Publishing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 05460762 and registered office at 1st Floor, Woodgate Studios 2-8 Games Road, Cockfosters, Barnet, England, EN4 9HN
1.2 All registrations for the Event are made subject to these terms and conditions which shall apply to the exclusion of any terms imposed by you. Completion and submission of a booking form for an Event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions on your behalf and on behalf of any person for whom you acting for. A contract shall be deemed to have been made between you and us when the purchase of event tickets have been processed and accepted.
1.3 These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice and in our sole discretion. We will notify you of amendments to these terms and conditions by posting them to either www.fsn.co.uk or the Event specific website operated by us.
1.4 If you have any queries regarding these terms and conditions, or if you have access requirements for an Event, please email: suppport@cybercio.io prior to submitting a registration form.
2. Bookings
2.1 To attend an Event, you must complete the booking form via our event website. Bookings do not automatically guarantee confirmation of a place at the Event. We will email you a booking confirmation being proof of such acceptance (or rejection) within 24 hours. All bookings for the Event are subject to availability and full payment being received. Places cannot be reserved without full payment being received. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.
2.2 You must not make or attempt to make any booking for the Event through unauthorised sellers. Booking made through unauthorised sellers are not valid and admission will not be granted.
2.3 FSN Publishing Limited and the venue provider reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse you admission or to ask you to leave the venue in circumstances deemed reasonable (for example anti-social behaviour or safety reasons).
2.4 We reserve the right to change the event to a digital platform when running a physical event is no longer a viable option. If the ticket price changes due to an event being delivered digitally you will be entitled to a partial refund of your physical ticket price to the equivalent digital price.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Our delegate fees for attending the Event are set out on the event booking form. The delegate fees do not include the costs of travel, accommodation or other expenses associated with attendance at the Event. Prices may be subject to change from time to time. We will issue you an invoice once your booking is accepted. Bookings must be paid for in full upon receipt of our invoice in accordance with the instructions set out in our invoice.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time if payment is not made in full no later than 72 hours before the Event. Furthermore, staff at the Event may request a credit card guarantee from the attending delegate if booking confirmation or proof of payment is not presented when requested. Failure to provide this information may result in FSN Publishing Limited refusing the attending delegate entry to the Event. In the event that entry has been refused under condition 3.2, no refunds of delegate fees already paid will be made, and any remaining balance will be due and payable.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations by you:
4.1 If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome. If you cancel your place more than one month before the event, we shall charge a £75 admin charge + VAT, no refunds can be made if you cancel within one month of the event.
4.2 Cancellation must be made in writing to support@cybercfo.io and will be acknowledged in writing. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to cancel the event, alter the content, speaker, timings or venue. FSN Publishing Limited, will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual delays and, in such circumstances, the cancellation conditions given above apply.
4.3 Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the Event programme as advertised, however it may be necessary to alter the advertised content, date, timing, format and/or location of the Event and/or the advertised speakers. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any Event at any time.
4.4 We will provide you with notice of any cancellation, date, time, format and/or location of the Event. In the unlikely circumstance that we cancel an Event date, time, format and/or location of the Event, you may be offered the opportunity to attend an alternative Event held by us, subject to availability.
Alternatively, we will offer you a credit for a future Event of your choice (up to the value of sums paid by you in respect of the Event). We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (including wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate the Event. Our liability for cancellation is set out in section 7 below.
4.5 We have no liability for any cancellation or changes made as a result of an incident or circumstance outside our control.
5. Substitutions
You may request that a substitute delegate attend in your place provided you have given us at least 14 days prior notice and the name of your proposed substitute by contacting support@cybercfo.io
6. Attendance
6.1 You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by the venue stewards and staff at the Event, as well as any safety advice, site signage and rules regarding ‘No Smoking’ areas. Normal statutory rules and regulations apply and should be observed at the Event and failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the Event.
6.2 You must not bring into the Event or display or distribute (whether for free or not) at the Event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials. Exchange of your own business cards with other delegates is permitted.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1 Liability for the cancellation or rescheduling of an Event, or for material changes to an Event, will be limited to a refund as set out in this section 7. A ‘material’ change is a change which we consider, in our reasonable opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that delegates taken as a whole would ordinarily expect.
7.2 Our aggregate liability to you, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind howsoever arising, out of in connection with any booking (or requested booking) made by you or otherwise in relation to an Event, shall be limited to the delegate fee we received from you in respect of the Event. We shall not be liable to you for (i) any loss of profit, loss of or damage to data, loss of anticipated savings or interest, loss of or damage to reputation or goodwill or; (ii) any indirect, special or consequential damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind.
7.3 Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation in relation to the Event which have been arranged by you are made at your own risk and neither we nor the venue operator will have any liability for any such loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure in addition to refunding the delegate fee we received from you.
7.4 FSN Publishing Limited does not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, or loss suffered while attending an Event, unless it is directly due to negligence by us. Nothing in this agreement shall limit any liability under this agreement which cannot legally be limited under applicable law, including but not limited to liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7.5 You agree to indemnify us, our staff and our affiliates and to hold us harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law, against all loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind arising from any act or omission by you (including your delegates) during or otherwise in relation to an Event.
7.6 We will not be in breach of these terms and conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of our obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure result from an incident or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
General Terms & Conditions
8 Copyright Notice
8.1 All (i) trademarks, service marks, trade names, slogans, logos or other brands that appear at or in connection with the Event and (ii) rights in all presentations, documentation, data extracts, and materials published, downloaded or otherwise made available as part of the Event (including but not limited to any documentation packs, content, data extracts or audio or audio-visual recording of the Event and any advertisements or promotional materials from third parties) (“Custom Materials”) are owned by us or are included with permission of the owner of such rights. You may not copy, display, use or commercialise any of these marks without prior written permission by us or are included with permission of the owner of such rights.
8.2 The Custom Materials are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind (express or implied). We hereby exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all liabilities, costs, claims, damages, losses and/or expenses arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the Custom Materials or arising from any infringing, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material in the Custom Materials. We accept no responsibility for any loss incurred from the use of the Custom Materials or any other materials or information obtained at the Event or via the Product.
8.3 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions as part of your booking and Event participation, you are agreeing to “Custom Materials” being (i) shared with all event attendees & sponsors following the completion of the event (pending permissions of other owners); and (ii) used as future marketing or promotional materials to promote FSN Publishing events and products. If you do not wish for your video or sound to be included in the event recording, please make this known to Customer Support at least 10 working days prior to the event.
9. Privacy
9.1 Information you provide to us when registering to attend an Event will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
9.2 If you are registering a delegate on their behalf, you warrant that you have the delegate’s permission to provide their information for the purposes of registering them to attend the Event.
10. General
10.1 We are entitled to assign all and any of its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions, provided that your rights are not adversely affected.
10.2 These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersede all prior agreements, understandings or arrangements (both oral and written) relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions.
10.3 You acknowledge that in booking to attend an Event you have not relied on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, warranty, understanding, promise or assurance (whether negligently or innocently made) of any person other than as expressly set out in these terms and conditions.
10.4 These terms and conditions shall not create, nor shall they be construed as creating, any partnership or agency relationship between us.
10.5 We may contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. You hereby agree and acknowledge that such electronic means of communication are sufficient for providing you with any notice or other information under these terms and conditions and to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
10.6 These terms and conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or its subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
The conference is not open to software vendors and FSN Publishing Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entry to any delegate at its sole discretion and a full refund will be made. If you wish to sponsor the event please contact Michelle.Fabian@fsn.co.uk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE CONTENT IS ONLY FOR YOUR GENERAL INFORMATION AND USE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO ADDRESS YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS. IN PARTICULAR, THE CONTENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY FORM OF ADVICE, RECOMMENDATION, REPRESENTATION, ENDORSEMENT OR ARRANGEMENT BY FSNELITE.COM OR FSN PUBLISHING LIMITED AND IS NOT INTENDED TO BE RELIED UPON. ANY AGREEMENTS, TRANSACTIONS OR OTHER ARRANGEMENTS MADE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTY NAMED ON (OR LINKED TO OR FROM) THE SITE ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY. YOU AGREE THAT AND FSNELITE.COM AND FSN PUBLISHING LIMITED PROVIDES NO WARRANTY, AND ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH ANY THIRD PARTY SITES.
FSN PUBLISHING LIMITED IS PROVIDING THIS SITE ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENTS AND DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. IN ADDITION, FSN PUBLISHING LIMITED MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION AND RELATED GRAPHICS PUBLISHED IN THIS SITE. THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SITE MAY CONTAIN TECHNICAL INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. ALL LIABILITY OF FSN PUBLISHING LIMITED HOWSOEVER ALLOWING FOR ANY SUCH INACCURACIES OR ERRORS IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
FSN PUBLISHING LIMITED (INCLUDING ITS EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS SITE.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, NONE OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THE CLAUSE ARE INTENDED TO LIMIT ANY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE AS A CONSUMER UNDER LOCAL LAW OR OTHER STATUTORY RIGHTS WHICH MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED NOR IN ANY WAY TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT FSN PUBLISHING LIMITED’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM OUR NEGLIGENCE OR THAT OF OUR EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.
JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to them or their formation) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and, for these purposes, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

FSN PUBLISHING LIMITED will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising or sponsorship.
