Definitions

In particular, all requests to republish, redistribute or syndicate Content, whether headlines, poll results, full text articles (or parts thereof) or the right to use Content internally within your business (for example, as part of a regular information dissemination service or on a company Intranet) or any external use that you may make (for example, within client reports or briefings) should be addressed to us, as such use falls outside the scope of use permitted by these terms and conditions.

FSN Publishing Limited expressly reserves the right to require that any link in breach of these Terms of Use be removed and to take whatever other action it deems appropriate.

 

Conference Booking Conditions :

Confirmation emails will be sent on receipt of registration details and receipted invoices will be sent on receipt of payment, which must be made before the course date. Your fee includes documentation, lunch and refreshments.  If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome.  If you cancel your requested place more than one month before the event, we shall charge a £75 admin charge + VAT, no refunds can be made if you cancel within one month of the course date. Cancellation must be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing.  Joining instructions will be sent out two weeks before the course date.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to cancel the event, alter the content, timings or venue.  FSN Publishing Limited will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and, in such circumstances, the cancellation conditions given above apply.

The conference is not open to software vendors and FSN Publishing Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entry to any delegate at its sole discretion and a full refund will be made.  If you wish to sponsor the event please contact Michelle.Fabian@fsn.co.uk.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to them or their formation) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and, for these purposes, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
