VIDEO 6 “Planning in A Crisis”, series of CFO interviews
In this video we hear from TitanX’s CFO, Cedric Huslin, a member of the Modern Finance Forum about how his company is coping in the crisis. TitanX is a global supplier of powertrain cooling solutions (aluminium radiators) to commercial vehicles and trucks, with annual sales of over 2,000 million SEK and some 900 employees worldwide.
18 months ago the company was acquired by Tata and was going through a substantial restructuring, but it has been hit very hard by COVID-19. Sales have plummeted and the company has been forced onto manual systems to replace EDI (Electronic Document Interchange) between suppliers and customers. Hear the amazing actions of Cedric Huslin as he works to keep the ship afloat
